Travis is a certified personal trainer with the National Academy of Sports Medicine, a Certified Functional Strength Coach, and a Titleist Performance Institute Level 1 trainer.

With an impressive and diverse background in sports including swimming, water polo, and baseball, Travis enjoys challenging himself through a myriad of sports from climbing, backcountry ski-mountaineering, triathlons, and golf. Swimming and water polo were his main sports in high school and College. Before high school, Travis played baseball from an early age of five thru the begining of high school. Travis became an All-American in Swimming and Water Polo in the state of California. Travis was honored to be the 2015 Castro Valley High School Assistant Swim Coach where they won the Championship in their divition in th ACCAL league.

After obtaining his Bachelor of Science in Recreation, Parks, and Tourism Administration from San Francisco State University, Travis leveraged his athletic abilities in the mountains, indulging in multi-pitch rock and ice climbing, mountaineering, and ski-mountaineering. Adventure and exploration in the wilderness has been his passion ever since.

Travis has been working with amateur golfers since 2021, and is passionate about helping clients perform better on the course while minimizing the risk of injury. Golf has become his main sport and loves the technical side especially relating to how the body moves and its corrolation with the swing.

He also enjoys working with athletes from a variety of sports, including swimming, hockey, soccer, lacrosse, baseball, runners, and triathletes. When not in the mountains or on the golf course, Travis can be found happily working with clients to help them achieve their fitness goals and over all feel happy and healthy.
