During your consultation, we will work together to identify your fitness goals and create a personalized plan to help you achieve them. We will begin with a discussion of your medical history, including any past injuries or surgeries, as well as any doctor recommendations you may have received.

We will conduct a functional movement screen to help identify any limitations or areas of weakness in the body. Based on the results of this assessment, we will work with you to develop a personalized fitness routine designed to help you reach your short-term and long-term goals.

  • Corrective Exercises

    Corrective Exercises for joint and spinal mobility and pain, and pre/ post surgeries. From tightness in the lower back, ACL or Rotator cuff tears, we will build a routine specific to your injury.

    EFT specializes in sport-specific training, particularly for rotational sports such as golf, baseball, tennis, soccer, hockey, lacrosse, as well as skiing, cycling, climbing and triathlons.

PROGRAM DESIGN

Creating a plan that works for you

Online program design is a customized exercise regimen tailored to the individual needs and objectives of each client. Our team will develop an exercise plan that can be conveniently followed by the client on their own schedule.

Through personalized programming, We’ll work alongside you to develop an integrated plan to achieve your full body goals. We will begin with your background on any past injuries, and dive deep into what your goals are and why!!

We will conduct a physical movement screen which will help design a specific plan for you to closely fallow. The routine will be changed accordingly through progression and regression of exercises. The physical movement screen will look for a variety of things such as ankle, wrist, hip, thoracic spine and shoulder mobility while also looking for foot, knee, core, and scapular stability.


1:1 ONLINE SESSION

On Your Own Time

EFT will work alongside you to develop an integrated plan to achieve full body wellness. Our first session can be done in person our online, with a short questionnaire and a physical assessment screen. We will meet online and work together over video—from home workouts to gym sessions.

We offer online training sessions that can be conveniently scheduled to fit your personal routine. Our training programs cater to a comprehensive spectrum of fitness goals, ranging from enhancing mobility and stability to building strength and power. The TPI golf assesment can be done via online as well. We can do all our golf specific exercises and corective movements anytime and where ever you may be. We will work with what equipment you have available and give you sugestions on what home equipment may be nessesary for your specific goals.
